Ardent plans to build new facilities rather than relying solely on acquisitions, especially for ambulatory surgery centers, to take advantage of current market conditions.

Ardent's acquisition of urgent-care centers has led to a significant influx of new patients, with 45% of those patients being new to the company and 15% scheduling follow-up care within 30 days.
